The OUTDOOR is equipped with table and chairs, where having your coffee relaxing after visiting Rome Near Coliseum, Station, with Metro station at the corner in a very safe and central area! = = = Welcome to ORANGE STUDIO, This recently renovated apartment is located a few steps from the Colosseum and the Manzoni metro station, our apartments are cleaned and sanitized before your arrival in the structure according to the rules indicated for hotel facilities by the ISS, upon your arrival you will find a clean and comfortable. This is ORANGE STUDIO Our cheapest flat, with an excellent quality/price ratio, and with table and chairs outdoor, where you can enjoy your breakfast under the trees;)! When in Rome, do as Romans do,,,,stay at our cozy home, enjoy and relax your stay ! The apartment is in an early 1940's restored building, very elegant, safe and quiet, with common garden. It's a charming, colorful and modern Studio, with living room, BRAND NEW DOUBLE BED with latex mattress, kitchen corner, bathroom with shower. Furthermore, as a plus, there is a small outdoor area equipped with table and chairs, where you can have your coffee or relax after visiting Rome. Studio is 100% NO SMOKING, but you can smoke outside! For long term rent, we request a mandatory cleaning every 2 weeks, provided by a professional staff, paid by guests.
