This is ORANGE STUDIO Our cheapest flat, with an excellent quality/price ratio, and with table and chairs outdoor, where you can enjoy your breakfast under the trees;)! It's a charming, colorful and modern Studio, with living room, BRAND NEW DOUBLE BED with latex mattress, kitchen corner, bathroom with shower. Furthermore, as a plus, there is a small outdoor area equipped with table and chairs, where you can have your coffee or relax after visiting Rome. Studio is 100% NO SMOKING, but you can smoke outside! For long term rent, we request a mandatory cleaning every 2 weeks, provided by a professional staff, paid by guests.
