We are located on a very cool hill in summer just a few hundred meters from the main road of the splendid town of Trevignano Romano, reachable on foot (there is a fairly steep but short climb) or by car in a couple of minutes. The house of about 60 m2 consists of a large dining room with a table for 10-12 people, a very large and characteristic kitchen, a bathroom, a closet, an open living room with a double bed, there is the possibility thanks to a comfortable sofa bed, in addition to the double bed, to accommodate a family of 4 or two couples of friends. The external patio opens onto a beautiful garden with olive trees, built-in barbecue, table and deckchairs, the garden is for the exclusive use of guests. Cars or motorbikes can be safely parked inside the property. The main characteristics are the tranquility of the location and the original and comfortable atmosphere that you can breathe in, immediately feeling at home. Pets are allowed.
