We are located on a very cool hill in summer just a few hundred meters from the main road of the splendid town of Trevignano Romano, reachable on foot (there is a fairly steep but short climb) or by car in a couple of minutes. The house of about 60 m2 consists of a large dining room with a table for 10-12 people, a very large and characteristic kitchen, a bathroom, a closet, an open living room with a double bed, there is the possibility thanks to a comfortable sofa bed, in addition to the double bed, to accommodate a family of 4 or two couples of friends. The external patio opens onto a beautiful garden with olive trees, built-in barbecue, table and deckchairs, the garden is for the exclusive use of guests. Cars or motorbikes can be safely parked inside the property.
