Each room has a kitchen, deck with bed, table and air conditioning. In common you only have the bathroom where there is a washing machine. An attic is available as a small deposit. We rent with a transitional contract from 12 to 18 months. Only referenced with a regular employment contract. Three months deposit required and possibility of revocation with three months' notice. No Animals. No Smokers. Request fee 450 euros plus 150 expenses which include condominium fees, hot water and gas. The heating is autonomous with heat pumps.
