We rent a two-room apartment in Pero consisting of two rooms plus a bathroom, a few steps from the M1 red line metro station. The entire apartment has just been renovated. Each room has a kitchen, deck with bed, table and air conditioning. In common you only have the bathroom where there is a washing machine. An attic is available as a small deposit. We rent with a transitional contract from 12 to 18 months. Only referenced with a regular employment contract. Three months deposit required and possibility of revocation with three months' notice.
