The apartment is less than 5 minutes walk from the University of Brescia, just 15 minutes away from Borgo Trento. The apartment is also 15 minutes from the Accademia di Belle Arti Santa Giulia. The area is really well served and very quiet, a short walk there is the famous pastry shop Bosco Corsica in Via Triumplina, the bowling "Leonessa" for evenings in company, but also restaurants, bakers and pubs. Just 5 minutes from the apartment there is the Supermarket Conad, and always opposite there is the Metro Mompiano.
