The building has an elevator. The apartment faces three sides: east, south, and west, and is very bright . It has two bedrooms, each with its own balcony access, and two additional sleeping spaces in the living room: a double sofa bed and an pouf that converts to a camp bed. The apartment is equipped with fiber optic WiFi. The two televisions in the apartment are located in the living room and in the bedroom with the two single beds. They are all are smart and are connected to the home WiFi and digital terrestrial TV. In the spacious living room, you'll find a large dining table that seats 6-10, a desk suitable for a work area, one of the two televisions, a 1970s-style armchair, two sofas, one of which converts to a bed, and an ottoman that converts to a camp bed for a seventh guest.
