Nice apartment with panoramic terrace that can accommodate up to two guests. Equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with tub and washing machine, air conditioning, unlimited Wifi, it is located in a quiet street just a few minutes walk from the center of Bologna and in an area convenient to many universities. The space will be equipped with towels and linen. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally €/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption.
