We rent a house a few steps from the sea of Frutti d'Oro 20' from Cagliari and the airport. Semi-detached house on two separate floors, the four-room apartment is rented on the ground floor-mezzanine, with eat-in kitchen and garden on three sides, independent entrance; just modernized inside and out, today it has a large tree-lined garden, where there is a hot tub, barbecue area and solarium. The house consists of a beautiful convivial environment where the eat-in kitchen overlooks the living room, divided by a peninsula; the access is double both from the main door and from a French window towards the more private garden. Three large bedrooms and two full bathrooms located respectively in the living area and in the sleeping area, make up the house of about 100 square meters all on a raised ground floor. The house is rented furnished with a temporary contract for 12-18 months; we are looking for referenced people with work contracts higher than the request for the same rental period and/or with certified incomes; included in the condominium fee of € 250.00 per year is the water fee.
