We rent a splendid villa with sea view, on the Addaura/Mondello seafront for short or long periods. The price varies by the period and length of the contract. The house, 200m2, finely and elegantly furnished, is spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor: large living room and dining room with 45' Smart TV with Sky and Netflix, large eat-in kitchen perfectly equipped with everything, 1 bathroom, laundry room and a storage room with a large fridge inside in addition to the one in the kitchen. The outdoor spaces, one on the Monte Pellegrino side and the other on the sea side, are perfectly furnished and equipped. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms: 1 double with ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet and small terrace overlooking the sea. The other 2 bedrooms (1 with a single bed that becomes a double bed, 1 with a double bed) equipped with large wardrobes, are served by a comfortable bathroom with shower. On the floor there is also a veranda used as a gym with tecnogym exercise bikes, bench and tools. Climbing to the top, a wonderful solarium with a breathtaking sea view. The location is ideal both for experiencing the sea but also the city (10 min by car). Parking is free right outside the house.
