From a front staircase you reach a large terrace from which you access the living room / kitchen area, all with sea view. In the basement there is the sleeping area consisting of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. At the back the house extends with a large paved outdoor area. Finally, an external staircase leads to the flat roof used as a gazebo, sink and barbecue. Road not a through road and not busy therefore no parking problems nearby.
