It is tastefully renovated and has all the modern utilities you need for a convenient stay, such as washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioner in all rooms, as well as a very good heating system for those chilly Roman winter days. Stepping into the flat you have the large and well-equipped kitchen with a dinner table seating approximately 6 people. On your right, you have the beautiful living room with a comfortable sofa, plenty of space for your books and a working desk. Here you also find a glass door leading out to the balcony, where you can have breakfast, or an aperitivo, looking out over the charming neighborhood and the beautiful cupola of the San Giovanni dei Fiorentini church. The two bedrooms each have a 140 cm bed, and there are two bathrooms; one with a shower and one with a bath tub. Please note that the apartment is located on a slope, so it might not be suitable for people with limited mobility. The apartment in itself is, however, relatively accessible.
