Utilities such as gas and electricity are included up to a monthly cap based on normal, responsible usage. We confirm that you will make normal use of the utilities as if they were your responsibility and it is very difficult to exceed this threshold. (For transparency, on the day of your arrival, the electricity and gas meter readings will be taken in your presence). If upon departure you have exceeded your monthly consumption, the excess consumption will be charged by being deducted from your security deposit at the market cost of utilities on the day of check out . The tenant must respect the rules for separate waste collection, which we will explain during check-in, and is required to respect the rules of silence by avoiding noise and shouting between 9.00 pm and 8.00 am. Internet wi-fi, starting cleaning, water, building expenses, contract registration costs, one set per guest of towels and linen are included in the rental price. Also additional cleaning services are available upon request with an extra fee. We would like to inform you that for stays longer than 3 months, a cleaning every 2 months by one of our in-house cleaners will be mandatory, at a cost of €50. This is to ensure there are no issues in the apartment and to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.Please note that, as indicated in the cost summary, a final payment for deep cleaning will be required on the day of your departure.
