In the ancient and delightful Borgo di Montemerano, in the province of Grosseto, we offer an ancient house on 3 floors, with a private garden, within the walls of the Medieval Historic Center. A construction entirely in stone, which is divided into various floors, with 3 independent entrances. Very well cared for inside in the smallest details, the great taste of the furnishings and finishes is highlighted and appreciated. on the ground floor we find the tavern with a sofa bed, a bathroom and a kitchen, with direct access to the garden. on the first floor we find another living room with fireplace, another kitchen and dining area, and another bathroom. Here too another access to the little road. On the second and last floor, we have another living room, and the double bedroom with its bathroom. In the terraced garden, a Jacuzzi for 6 people completes the house. All the floors are internally connected by a staircase...Each window is a picture of the surrounding valley which is beautiful. The location is excellent because it is 5 minutes from Saturnia, 30 minutes from the beaches of Argentario, and an hour and a half from Fiumicino.
