Exclusively for reference, the apartment of approximately 100 m2, on one level, consists of a bright kitchen and a large living room in an open space, bathroom and bedroom. The villa is completed by a comfortable rear area used as a storage room. Total 4 beds. A splendid and large terrace on the same level, of 300 m2, with an amazing sea view overlooking Capo Zafferano, comfortably welcomes those staying in this Villa. The terrace includes comfortable accessories: a large “azzurromareAltavilla” colored wooden table for your breakfasts, lunches and dinners with umbrella, several chairs and additional tables. The property includes a delightful 600 m2 garden with centuries-old olive trees, swimming pool and outdoor shower (umbrellas, deckchairs, sun loungers, sunbeds included). In the evening the entire garden lights up enchantingly independently with LED lights, giving a touch of magic to the centuries-old vegetation. Important LED lights illuminate the external area of the table for delicious dinners in front of the sea. It is always possible to have lunch or dinner with a sea view even under the porticoes of the terrace. The villa is furnished and equipped. Blue is also the predominant color of the interior furnishings. The latest generation washing machine, iron and ironing board and laundry area are available, included in the price.
