Along the beautiful coast between Olbia and Golfo Aranci, a few minutes by car from all shops, is Villa Martina, with its large outdoor area and view of the fantastic sea and the island of Tavolara. The house, set in a complex of sunny villas that are surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, has a cosy living room with light tones, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite), sofa bed, and can therefore accommodate 5 people. It also has air conditioning, a television, a cot (upon request for 5 € per night) and a highchair (on request for 2,5 € per night). Outside you can enjoy a large lawn, with a beautiful view of the sea as well as a covered terrace with a comfortable lounge and barbecue area. Note well: the use of whirlpool is not allowed. The nearest and most famous restaurant in the area is only 800 m from the house. The nearest beach, Cala Sassari, is 1,3 km from the property and along the coast there are many beaches with fine sand, such as Spiaggia Bianca, Son Aranzos, Cala Banana, Bados and many more. Parking is available in the property.
