The house was built in 2009 in compliance with the classic canons of the Maremma villa, with terracotta floors, chestnut beam ceilings and tiles. The apartment is completely furnished with care and quality and naturally has wi-fi, appliances, television. From the house you can see the Argentario, the Giglio and on beautiful evenings the island of Montecristo. The village of Marsiliana with all the commercial availability is 4 km away.; there are also a post office, pharmacy, bank, petrol station, various shops, bars and restaurants. The famous Terme di Saturnia can be reached in about half an hour by car, Monte Amiata in an hour. The beautiful beaches of Feniglia (ideal in the morning) and Giannella (beautiful in the afternoon and evening) can be reached in 20 minutes, as can the towns of Orbetello, Porto Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano which, with their lagoons, form one of the most beautiful marine areas in Italy.
