Pleasant studio apartment for rent located in the beautiful district of San Frediano in Florence. The property is located on the first floor of a building overlooking the quiet Via Santa Maria at short distance from numerous monuments and museums. The apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 3 people and consists of a main room with double sofa bed and single sofa bed, TV, air conditioning, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. There's a set price for water bills of €35 per month, however if the bill overcomes this set price, the guest is required to pay for the difference.
