Before your check-in, you will receive an email with all the information you need to access your room. Prior to check-in, we require the contract signature, payment for the admin fee, and a one-month deposit. You will find all this information in the email you will receive. Please check the Landlord Policies section for further information. Check-in is available from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, on weekends, or during holidays, kindly inform us in advance to check the availability of flexible check-in options. Please note that there will be an additional cost of 50 euros in such cases. Please note that the room is delivered fully furnished, but does not include pillows, sheets, blankets, etc. The kitchen is equipped with essential items such as plates, cutlery, and glasses. Anything not provided can be purchased privately. If you need to leave the room before the contract's natural expiration, you have the option to cancel at any time, provided we find a suitable replacement to take your place. In the event of early cancellation, a flat-rate cost of 250 euros will be charged, payable by the tenant on the day of check-out. Rental period for this listing is between 3 - 24 months
