Equipped with air conditioning, the apartment consists of a cozy and bright living area with sofa double bed, dining table for 4 people and a brand new custom made and perfectly equipped kitchen. From this room it is possible to access - through a French door - to a large terrace overlooking the internal garden. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers with tv and a large built-in wardrobe. The bathroom has a comfortable glass shower and washing machine. The rental price includes the initial and the final cleaning, the rent, the condominium expenses, Italian taxes (television and garbage), Wifi internet and bills. For electricity and gas, in particular, we include a forfait of 100 per month. Only if you exceed this forfait, you would have to pay the difference. Area: The apartment is located in a quiet residential area a few steps from Via Zanardi, which connects the neighborhood to the historic center of Bologna in a few bus stops. The area is highly strategic, thanks to its proximity to the Marconi international airport, the ring road exit and the Fiera (reachable in less than 5 minutes by car). In the vicinity of the apartment there are several shops, a newsagent, a pharmacy, a bank, bars and restaurants. The Lame shopping center, one of the largest in all of Emilia Romagna, is located just behind the building where the apartment is located. Public transport: Numerous buses run along Via Carracci (for the station) and Via Zanardi (for the historic center and airport). Parking area: The apartment is located outside the ztl.
