Lovely 2 bedroom ( 3 rooms) apartment in the heart of Rome. Very close to Vatican , Lumsa University and centre. Perfect for 2 students or 2 professional. Minimum rent is 3 months. A deposit of one month is asked for 3 months rent. For longer rent an extra monthly rent deposit could be asked as guarantee. The apartment is located in a quiet and residential neighbourhood on the second floor (elevator). All rooms are equipped with double bed, plenty of storage and air conditioning. One room has a ensuite bathroom where also the communal washing machine /dryer is located. Both bathrooms have a shower. The apartment dispose of a lovely cosy balcony with outside sittings. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, coffee machine) and joint to the living room space by an open space. The monthly rent is 1750 euro + 250 euro for fixed cost utilities and condominio. The only cost to be paid separately from monthly rent will be electricity (bimestral bill) as the cost depend on your sustainable use and it is then not fixed . For students ideally minimum rent would be 6 months (but we can always have a chat about it). The rent is regulated by a regular contract and proof of temporary needs will be required to book the flat (work or study abroad).
