L'appartamento, recentemente ristrutturato è composto da una camera matrimoniale con bagno interno, un soggiorno in cui sono presenti due letti singoli stile futon, una piccola cucina ed un secondo bagno completo. L'immobile è dotato di aria condizionata e connessione wi-fi, è inoltre presente la lavatrice e tutto il necessario per cucinare.
