The apartment offers all the essential services for a comfortable stay: air conditioning for the ideal climate in every season, fast Wi-Fi connection to always stay connected and washing machine for maximum autonomy. These comforts, combined with the non-smoking environment, create the perfect conditions for a relaxing and functional stay. RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit.
