The house is well equipped with Wi-Fi internet, washing machine, oven and everything needed for cooking. Please note: Meter readings will be taken at the beginning and end of your stay to calculate the amounts due. For stays longer than two months we will ask the guest to send us the meter reading monthly, so that you do not have to pay a high value at the end, thus being able to have your consumption under control. There's a set price for water bills of €35 monthly, however if the bill overcomes this set price, the guest is required to pay for the difference.
