Piano secondo , camera con letto matrimoniale e bagno con doccia Non esiste un riscaldamento vero e proprio essendo una casa destinata alle vacanze estive , ogni ambiente e’ pero’ dotato di un termoconvettore per riscaldare in caso di emergenza. Per la mancanza di un adeguato sistema di riscaldamento, il modo in cui e’ arredata ed altro , la casa e’ stata studiata e si presta ad un uso di tipo turistico non riteniamo sia adatta per viverci tutto l'anno.
