The apartment is located on the third floor of a building in Via dei Canacci, a quiet street with little traffic. The house enjoys a good division of spaces with a clear distinction between the living area and the sleeping area. The living area is divided between the living room with sofa bed and TV, and a lovely well-equipped kitchen. In the sleeping area we find two double bedrooms one with a bunk bed and one with a double bed. The property includes a bathroom with shower and a small terrace. This is a spacious apartment ideal for both a family and a group of friends visiting the city. The house is rented both for short periods tourist rentals and for longer stays. Guests will have access to Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning, washing machine and the necessary appliances for cooking. Please note: Meter readings will be taken at the beginning and end of your stay to calculate the amounts due.
