This flat is perfect for those who want to discover the beauty of the lake but also get lost in the shopping streets of the city of Como. With just a few minutes walk, you can reach the Duomo of Como or wander through the shops. You can also easily access the dock on the lake to navigate its waters and reach breathtaking destinations such as Bellagio and Varenna. It's the ideal solution to experience all the different aspects of the city. The apartment is suitable for five guests in its two bright bedrooms, one double and one single with a desk and a double sofa bed in the living room. The spacious living area, also flooded with natural light thanks to the large windows, features an equipped kitchen, a comfortable sofa, and a dining table. Completing the accommodation is a large bathroom with a bathtub, which also includes a washing machine for added convenience. IMPORTANT: The security deposit and the administration fee, for the initial and final cleaning, must be paid to the landlord at the latest two weeks before the move-in date. The rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. Failure to comply with this instruction will result in the impossibility of entering the flat. This is because the accommodation provider is a company according to their rules and the Italian law regulations to prepare the contract. Uniplaces guarantees that this is a trusted Landlord. RENTAL CONDITIONS: According to Italian law, it is mandatory to request a valid Italian tax code to sign the rental contract. You can request one by contacting your local consulate or going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one week before the check-in. If you fail to obtain one within the deadline, a charge will apply. Internet wi-fi, bills, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price. The rent includes all bills based on normal usage and they are set based on the size of the flat. If you exceed with gas and electricity usage, the extras will be deducted from your deposit at the end of your stay (details will be specified in the rental agreement).
