The apartment overlooks the lime trees of viale Cirene making it very bright and quiet, is located in the Lodi - Porta Romana area , a residential neighborhood and well served by public transportation, shops, bars and restaurants. A few steps away the stops of the bus 16, 9 and 92, it is a 10-minute walk to the M3 Lodi subway station and Porta Romana that take you to the Duomo in a few stops and in 20 minutes to Central Station. The deposit is equal to 2-month rent for stays longer than 6 months. After the first payment through Uniplaces, the other payments must be made by bank transfer or credit card. Utilities are included up to 70 euros per month. Any additional costs will be charged separately. Tourist visa is not accepted to sign the contract. A valid passport and tax code are required to register the contract. If the signatory is a company, the rent will be increased by 30 euros. The contract can be provided with a leasing period of up to 18 months, so in case of longer stays, it can be renewed.
