The flat consists of an open-plan living room and kitchen equipped with all amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. Important special condtitions For this apartment the following rental condtions applies: 1) Electricty is not included but paid upon consumption (0,50€ kw h). Gas, water, common costs, internet are included with no limits. 2) Not only passport and italian fiscal code are required, but also visa or Permit of Stay (or receipt of request of the Permit of Stay). Rental condition: - The monthly rent includes 50€ electricity and gas utilities for studios, 75€ for 1-bedroom apartments, and 100€ for 2-bedroom apartments or more.
