Very cozy little studio with very large terrace overlooking the sandy beach and Tyrrhenian Sea in a Liberty house with a private access to the beach. Terrace with stunning views. Nettuno and Anzio are two beautiful little fisher towns, linked by byke route, both connected by train to Roma Termini, very convenient. 15 trains per day, about 1hour ride to get to the Roman city center. Or by car of course or public buses. Nettuno has a marina, long promenade, clean sea water and long sand beaches, Anzio a picturesque daily fish market. From Anzio also boats to Ponza Island. Guests will enjoy nice warm winters and calm stay; from spring to autumn the vibes of the towns with many cafes and bistro or restaurants in the medieval borgo, and the Forte sangallo Castle.
