Splendid fully furnished loft on two floors that can accommodate up to 6 people. At the entrance, a living room and office with a beautiful library, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a fireplace, and a table where you can have lunch. In the sleeping area, there is a double bedroom and two bathrooms, one of which is directly accessible from the bedroom. On the lower ground floor, there is a room furnished with two beds, a walk-in closet, and a service bathroom with a sink and toilet. Located in an internal courtyard of a building in a well-served area, this apartment is equipped with wi-fi, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, a tv, a hairdryer, sheets, and towels. Guests will have private and exclusive access to the apartment. Sarpi is a district full of services, where commercial activities run by citizens of Chinese origin and fusion cuisine restaurants are perfectly combined with ancient Milanese shops, typical Milanese trattorias, and symbolic places of the city, such as the Monumental Cemetery. A few steps from Parco Sempione with its famous Arco della Pace, you can walk across and reach Torre Branca, 108 meters, climb to the top with an elevator and enjoy the view of Milan. At the beginning of the Sempione park, there is the Sforzesco Castle from which, passing through Via Dante, a pedestrian street full of shops, you reach the Duomo of Milan. The place where today there are some of the most important monuments of Milan such as, in addition to the Duomo, the Royal Palace, the Galleria di Vittorio Emanuele ii, and the Archbishop's Palace. A few steps away you can also reach the Scala Theater, the Brera Art Gallery, Santa Maria delle Grazie, the Basilica of sant’ambrogio, the Leonardo da Vinci Museum, and the Basilica of San Lorenzo Maggiore. Parties or events are not allowed and only registered people can access the apartment. It is forbidden to make noise during the night from 11.00 pm to 8.00 am and to disturb the neighborhood with disturbing behaviors and noises in general. No smoking is allowed, with a penalty of 50 € to 250 €. Check-in is always necessary to agree on the arrival time with our staff, at least 24 hours before. Standard check-in time is from 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm. Out of hours check-in from 20.00 to 24.00 incurs an extra €20 to be paid in cash upon arrival. Night check-in from 24.00 to 2.00 costs €40 to be paid in cash upon arrival. All requests for late check-in must be reported and approved in advance by our staff. Early check-in is possible if the apartment is available. Check-out is strictly expected by 11.00. It is necessary to agree with our staff on the exit time the day before check-out. Please keep the apartment tidy and clean during your stay with the utensils and furnishings in place. Dishes, crockery, and kitchen utensils must be returned clean under a penalty of €10 to €30.
