The apartment consists of a bright living area equipped with a tv, a double sofa bed, a full kitchen and a dining table. From the corridor you reach the double bedroom with large wardrobe and desk and the full bathroom with shower. The furniture has been taken care of in every detail to make our guests feel right at home. Free wifi is available throughout the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with all the basic useful appliances, pots and pans, and an espresso machine and kettle. Check-in can be arranged from 11:00 to 18:00. Monthly rates: • € for monthly rent • 200,00€ for building fees • 250,00€ for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas, wifi) Total of monthly cost: € You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts: • 1.500€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is ok); • 200,00€ (vat included) for the final cleaning; • 170,00€ (vat included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.M. To 9 p.M.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence. Linen is not included. Important!!! Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send the landlord the required documents for the rental agreement and pay the first installment of extra costs not collected from Som (utilities, building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee).
