Located in Baveno, an enchanting lake town of Roman origin, known for its mineral waters and pink granite quarries, this apartment is a renowned tourist and holiday center. The characteristic lakeside promenade offers visitors a beautiful view of the Borromean Islands, which can be reached from the port of Baveno. Among the architectural beauties that can be visited are the parish church of ss. Gervasio and Protasio and the Baptistery, located in a large churchyard accessible via Via Monte Grappa. The apartment is easily reachable from Milan, about 1 hour and 20 minutes away, and from the international airport of Malpensa, about 45 minutes away. Smoking is strictly prohibited, and no parties or events are allowed. Guests are requested not to disturb neighbors with noise or harassment and to avoid excessive tv or music volume, especially after 10:00 pm. Check-in is personally assisted by our staff, with late check-in available for an additional fee of €20 from 7 pm to midnight and €40 from midnight to 2 am. All late arrival requests are subject to confirmation, and the extra fee is payable upon arrival. The apartment is delivered clean and sanitized, and guests are expected to maintain cleanliness during their stay and leave the apartment tidy. Waste must be sorted, and instructions for waste separation are provided. Keys are handed over at check-in, and guests should notify in advance if additional sets are needed.
