The entire area is well connected thanks to the m5 purple metro line (Gerusalemme stop). The neighborhood also offers several green spaces, ideal for relaxing, taking long walks, or enjoying outdoor sports. Just a few minutes walk away, you can also reach the famous Via Paolo Sarpi, renowned for its charming local eateries. The Apartment The living area of this spacious apartment is generously sized and well divided into different zones. The lounge area features a comfortable corner sofa with chaise longue, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day while watching a good movie. Just behind it, the dining table enjoys abundant natural light throughout the day thanks to the large French window. Completing the living area is the open-plan kitchen, enhanced by a peninsula with stools. In addition to the private garage, one of the apartments most enviable features is the terrace, equipped with outdoor sofas and ideal for enjoying time in the open air. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, a true rarity for this part of the city. Two of the bedrooms are doubles, while the third has a single bed that can be converted into a double if needed. Each room comes with spacious wardrobes, perfect for storing clothes even during longer stays. The property also includes two bathrooms: one with a shower and washing machine, and another with a bathtub and handheld shower.
