Completamente ammobiliato e ristrutturato di recente (fine 2024), dispone di aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, una cucina completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie, e lavatrice. Lo spazio è stato ottimizzato per offrire comfort e funzionalità anche per soggiorni prolungati. Essendo un sottotetto, alcune altezze sono limitate: consigliamo, con un sorriso, questo appartamento a chi non è troppo alto o a chi ama gli ambienti intimi e caratteristici!
