From here by metro you can reach the Duomo in 10 minutes and Central FS in 15 minutes. Check-in can be arranged from 11:00 to 18:00. Monthly rates: • € for monthly rent; • 250,00€ for building fees; • 200,00€ for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas); Total of monthly cost: €. You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts: • 1.400€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK); • 200,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning; • 170,00€ (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 am to 9 pm), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence. ** Linen is not included. ** IMPORTANT!!!
