Rent for B&B use 4 apartments all in the Duomo area, I speak English fluently, from 75 m2 to 95 m2 to be renovated, some partially (which become two apartments), another totally (which due to the heights become two apartments of over 120 m2 each one with a pocket terrace from which you can see the dome of the Duomo), yet another small independent detached house ready and furnished which until a week ago was used as an air B&B. Prices vary from the smallest and ready €1900 to the largest in need of renovation (€6,500 per month starting from the third month). I do not carry out renovations without a specific request from the tenant and I do not deduct them from the rent. The tenant who renovates does it for himself and downloads 100% of the renovation (as the owner I could only download 60%). This is a job and an investment that can last a lifetime if I get along well with the host. I have many other apartments and some have been around for 19 years with the same group.
