BOOKING CONDITIONS:

- Before checking in, the deposit, final cleaning, and admin fee (500E) must be paid entirely.

- Upon check-in or, ideally, before the check-in, the tenant must sign the rental contract and accept the terms and conditions.

- Maximum stay: 12 months renewable

PRICE INCLUDES

- Common expenses, utilities up to a cap (50 euros for studio, 75 euros for one-bedroom apt, 100 euros for two-bedroom apt)

- Agency and registration fee.

- Check-in/out during working hours Mon to Fri.

- English speaking assistance

- Contract registration tax & VAT

PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE

- Extra cleaning service (possible upon request after the check-in)

- Check-in/out on weekends, holidays and late/early working hours is not included in the price.

- For rentals longer than 1 months, it is necessary to have the Italian tax code "Italian codice fiscale". You can request it through the accommodation provider's dedicated assistance at an extra fee.

- Admin fee 500 euros.

- First Mandatory cleaning: 150 euros for studios, 200 euros for one-bedroom apt, 250 euros for two bedrooms apts and more.

The security deposit will be returned within 14 after the check-out in case there is no damage and/or bills usage excess.
Rental period for this listing is between 3 - 24 months
