The villa is located in a very quiet area about 300 meters from the sea with a free beach and the adjacent pine forest, equipped with independent heating and air conditioning.
A little further away are the bathing establishments and the beginning of the town of Siponto in Manfredonia.
The solution is available exclusively for short-term rentals with a price of €400 per month in the winter period, while in the summer period €400 per week.
There is a deposit to be agreed upon which will be returned at checkout, after verification of the absence of any damage.
A few kilometers away you also have a water park for kids.
Without considering the entire beautiful Gargano area with all its beaches and the hinterland with the imposing Umbra Forest.
