The villa consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower, furthermore there is a paved rear garden that is livable and equipped to spend pleasant summer moments. Included in the rent is the exclusive use of an umbrella on the consortium's private beach. The consortium is a quiet and well-kept area ideal for children, adjacent to it all the necessary services such as bars, restaurants, pizzerias and transport stops. The property is in good internal condition. There is a security deposit equal to half the amount in the case of weekly rent, and equal to 1/4 of the amount in the case of monthly rent, which will be returned at the end of the stay after an agency representative has verified the state of the property.
