For the autumn and winter period, the rental of the entire villa (portion of the villa + trullo) costs €110 per night. For the same period, the rental of just the portion of the villa without trullo costs only €70 per night. Included in the price are linen change services and the use of the various services made available both internally and externally. The portion of the villa is composed of a very cute and elegant glass veranda with television and air conditioning (hot/cold); independent entrance with small living room where there is a sofa bed and open kitchen; a private bathroom inside the house with shower and window; a spacious bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. The house is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. Adjacent to the house we find the very refined and characteristic trullo, symbol of the local Apulian area. Inside the trullo there is a single bed with furniture for clothes and objects, a refrigerator and a kitchenette with an electric hob. The private and reserved bathroom belonging to the trullo is outside the trullo and is located on the side of the main building. The villa is composed of a large outdoor garden with parking spaces or uncovered campers. The beautiful outdoor area offers the possibility of dining outdoors, organizing parties and breathing the clean and genuine air of the Apulian countryside. Also outside there is a beautiful stone oven for organizing grilled meat or cooking pizzas. To complete the wonderful outdoor atmosphere there is the very refined swimming pool that will be open and available to customers throughout the summer. The villa, like the trullo and the entire outdoor area has been finely renovated completely.
