Animals are not allowed in the village. Small apartment located inside the Villaggio degli Ulivi in a strategic and central position. It is located a few meters from the town center and the famous "La Cinta" beach. Once you arrive it is possible park your car inside the residence guarded 24 hours a day and forget about it for all your holidays! You can reach the town square on foot every evening with your children and in the morning go to the beautiful beach with a short walk . Inside the complex there are common external services such as washrooms, coin-operated washing machines and a comfortable outdoor shower area. If you are a tennis lover, don't forget your racket at home, please! The apartment is located on the first floor , within a splendid well-kept park with "English lawn" and well-kept olive trees, a meeting point for children who can play in peace and safety in the shade. The property despite being small in size thanks to its balcony , recently expanded compared to the other apartments, allows you to experience the house in complete freedom during meals, also considering the excellent exposure. The small house is perfect for two people who can use the double sofa bed to sleep. Small children can fit in with the space; a bunk bed is available. Of course you have to adapt!! On the other hand, it is a studio apartment!!! For two, it is very comfortable, with a small child it fits in, but for four it is "hard" to live in the spaces. The very comfortable bathroom, with window, allows us to have a pleasant shower when we return from the sea. Personally, I recommend using the services at the entrance to the village. If you are looking for a spacious apartment and a huge terrace, this property is not for you. On the contrary, if you are looking for a base with excellent quality-price, in the center of the town and a stone's throw from the sea I recommend you give it a thought...
