The house is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher and everything needed for cooking. Please note: Meter readings will be taken at the beginning and end of your stay to calculate the amounts due. For stays longer than two months we will ask the guest to send us the meter reading of the monthly bills, so that you do not have to pay a high value at the end, thus being able to have your consumption under control.
