The apartment is also very fresh, therefore does not need air conditioning.

All the rooms are sanitized at the arrival of the tenant. In case a tenant would like to sanitize the room during the stay, this can be arranged for a cost of 75 euros. During the stay, a free sanitizer will be provided by the landlord for common surfaces and areas (such as bathroom and kitchen). The admin fee includes the contract registration costs of 75 euro and the final cleaning fee of 75 euro.
