The security deposit and the administration fee, for the initial and final cleaning, must be paid to the landlord at the latest two weeks before the move-in date. RENTAL CONDITIONS: According to Italian law, it is mandatory to request a valid Italian tax code to sign the rental contract. The rent includes all bills based on normal usage and they are set based on the size of the flat. If you exceed with gas and electricity usage, the extras will be deducted from your deposit at the end of your stay (details will be specified in the rental agreement).

If you wish to leave the flat earlier just let us know at least 21 days in advance.
