The apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 2 guests and consists of a living room with kitchenette, a beautiful double bedroom and a complete bathroom with shower. But the real gem of this apartment is its lovely terrace, where you can enjoy the Florentine climate in total relaxation. Here you will have internet with Wi-Fi, air conditioning and TV.

Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control.
