This is a very welcoming apartment located in the historic district of Santa Maria Novella in Florence. Furnished in a very pleasant classic style, the apartment retains many details typical of period Florentine houses such as terracotta floors and ceilings with exposed wooden beams.
The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a beautiful living area divided between living room and kitchen, a complete bathroom with shower connected directly with the master bedroom. It can accommodate up to 4 people as it is equipped with a double bed and a double sofa bed.

Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control.
