The whole garden as well as common areas such as stairs, kitchen, laundry room are covered by security cameras; also there is the possibility to park your bicycle or scooter out of the rain, with a small extra charge of 10 euros per month. Pets are allowed upon approval and permission of the property. You can have occasional guests in the double rooms upon approval of the property and paying 30 euros per night up to a maximum of 10 days, the amount will increase after the tenth day. Overnight guests will also have to pay for the city tax of 3,5 euros per night, up to 10 days. Smoking is allowed in outdoor spaces.
