A staircase from the living room leads to the terrace, partially covered by a wooden and glass structure, furnished with a small outdoor table, chairs, and a hammock. On the first level, after the living room and staircase, you'll find a spacious and well-equipped kitchen. A corridor from the kitchen leads to the first bedroom, which has a single bed (90 cm wide) that can be transformed into a double if needed. Continuing down the corridor, you'll reach the second bedroom with a double mattress (160 cm wide), and two bathrooms, both complete with showers. The apartment is equipped with independent heating and air conditioning, with four total splits: one in the living room, one in each bedroom, and one in the covered part of the terrace. Included in the price are utilities (for stays up to 30 days), final cleaning, towels and sheets, condominium fees, and agency fees.
